On the last Saturday of January, the coldest day of the year, the "45th Degree Latitude Festival" is held at a venue lined with large and small snow sculptures. Winter fireworks paint the night sky with a fantastical glow. At the festival venue, various fun events such as a snowshoe centipede race are held, allowing you to enjoy the winter season.
