As the 3rd project for the 7th year of the Reiwa era of the Sobetsu Town Community Exchange Center Management Volunteer Executive Committee, the 'Jun Horie × VOICE Special Concert' will be held. A concert will be held featuring Jun Horie from Tomakomai City, and VOICE (Mr. Hidehiko Bessho, Mr. Yoshihiko Bessho) from Shiraoi Town.
