Haskap The Garden Chef Akinori Yamamoto are delicious to the eyes, allowing you to enjoy the Christmas season with all five senses. You will be able to enjoy Christmas with all your senses. The
sweets menu features a mini parfait of sweet and sour strawberry mousse topped with a generous amount of pistachio cream, a "swan" made of puff pastry in the shape of a swan, and a strawberry "sapin" (a French word meaning "small fir tree"). Naito's original "Buche de Noel", strawberry mousse wrapped in vanilla mousse, and other six Christmas-inspired items will be available.
Also on the menu are "Silver Salmon and Hidaka Mascarpone Cheese Tartlet" with the perfect salty-sweet flavor of silver salmon and mascarpone cheese, "Colorful Vegetable Stick Salad with Heart Bedlove Vinaigrette" with a heart motif, and "Heart Mozzarella Caprese" with a heart motif. The set also includes
6 kinds of savory dishes such as "Heart Mozzarella Caprese" and "Chicken Fricassee with Pie" to warm you up during the chilly season.
