■ Participants: From infants to adults
■ Competition events
・Boys and girls 50m and 100m
・1st and 2nd grade boys and girls: 50 meters, 100 meters, and 300 meters
・3rd to 6th grade boys and girls: 100 meters, 300 meters, 500 meters, 1000 meters
・Junior high school 1st year to senior high school 3rd year boys and girls 500 meters and 1000 meters
・Men's and Women's 300m and 500m
・1600m relay: Elementary school division, Middle school division, High school division, General division
(Each team is made up of 4 people, each running 400 meters)
