The KIKORI Festival is a forestry festival held in Nakagawa Town. The KIKORI Log Race requires lumberjacks to use all of their physical strength, intelligence, skill, experience, and other abilities required in forestry, carrying logs and putting their pride and existence on the line.

There will be a whole host of activities that both adults and children can enjoy, including food and drink booths using an abundance of local ingredients and specialties, market booths selling miscellaneous goods and crafts made from natural materials such as wood, a children's snow play corner, a little lumberjack log race, and forestry experience booths.

・KIKORI Log Race: 1 team entry fee 3,000 yen (participation prize includes free hot spring tickets for 3 people)
There are three divisions: Lumberjack Division, General Men's Division, and General Women's Division.
・We are recruiting approximately 10 teams across all divisions.
