The 72nd Kitami Bonchi Festival will be held for two days on July 18th (Friday) and 19th (Saturday). Events include a dance parade, a tug-of-war for the Tonden, and the Samba Kitami Bayashi Children's Carnival. On the final day, the festival will be capped off with a summer fireworks display that will light up the summer night sky of Kitami.
