During the summer vacation, the Sapporo Stellar Place Center's 9th floor rooftop "Sora no Hiroba Stella 9" will be holding a free event again this year where parents and children can have fun and exercise together, with the ever-popular human-powered mini-shinkansen and animal-shaped water mists.
