On Wednesday, August 27, 2025, we will be holding a lecture and individual consultations on basic knowledge and preventive exercises for urinary incontinence at Ryutokuji Temple in Shizunai.
During individual consultations, we can use an ultrasound to check the movement of the pelvic floor muscles, which are closely related to urinary incontinence. Individual consultations take approximately 10 minutes per person and are conducted by a female physiotherapist.
