Winter Holiday Workshop "Make your own chocolate from cocoa beans!"

We handcraft our chocolate using the highest quality ingredients, including fermented organic cocoa beans.
You can make the most delicious chocolate, which allows you to truly experience the taste of fermented food!
・In addition to learning about the history of chocolate, which dates back over 5,000 years, and its characteristics as a food product, you will also learn about fair trade and global poverty, environmental, and health issues.
Perfect for independent study during winter break!
*Target ages 4 to adults
(Parents and children can participate together (the fee is for the child only). Of course, adults are also welcome to participate alone.)
