The Sapporo Food Creations (SFC) co-creation project aims to spread new food culture from Sapporo, and will hold its 10th workshop for new members. The previous event was a members-only event held in January 2026, where participants shared the current status of each project, connecting new perspectives and crossing the boundaries of the projects.

This event is a workshop born from the desire to encourage new members to create new "seeds of co-creation" with people from a variety of industries.
