We will be holding the 'Farm de Tokibi Fes,' where you can enjoy to your heart's content tokibi (corn), a summer delicacy of Hokkaido, which boasts the largest production volume in Japan. The venue for this event is the 'Bokujo Lounge' (Farm Lounge) located at the entrance of the vast farm area. This is an event where you can enjoy the summer flavors of Hokkaido and dairy products from 'Farm Hoshino,' an agricultural project developed under the concept of travel x agriculture, in an open space decorated in colors reminiscent of tokibi (corn), such as white and yellow.

Located near the entrance of the farm area, the Bokujo Lounge (Farm Lounge), dotted with hay sofas and hay rolls, is the venue for this event. Cushions and chairs based on yellow and white, reminiscent of tokibi (corn), are placed, and the entire space is colored in 'tokibi colors.' Additionally, a photo spot decorated with tokibi (corn) will also be available. Here, you can climb on a hay roll to look out over the farm area from above, or take pictures with the magnificent scenery in the background.

At the fire pits set up in the farm area, we offer an experience where you can grill and savor tokibi (corn) to your liking. By adding butter to the grilled tokibi (corn), you can enjoy a very luxurious taste as the original sweetness of the corn and the richness of the butter spread throughout your mouth.

We will also offer three types of craft beer that are perfect for enjoying tokibi (corn) outdoors in the summer. Among them, 'MILK HOP' is a blend of IPA (India Pale Ale) and Tomamu milk, characterized by its mellow mouthfeel and berry-like acidity. Furthermore, 'Mo~ttainai Ice,' which is made from skim milk produced during the dairy production process at Farm Hoshino, will feature a summer-exclusive tokibi (corn) flavor. The rich aroma of tokibi (corn) spreads, and its refreshing aftertaste is perfect for the hot summer.
