Neipal Kitami / Hokkaido Youth Experience Activity Support Facility
Neipal Kitami is a prefectural youth education facility open to all, located on the eastern shore of Lake Saroma in Abashiri National Park (the largest in area in Hokkaido). It is blessed with vast nature and deep history, with a majestic sunset over the lake, more than 300 species of flowers and grasses in bloom in the Hokkaido Heritage Wakka Wild Flower Garden, the largest coastal grassland in Japan, ancient ruins said to be the largest in the world, and the Sea of Okhotsk, where the surface of the water is covered with white drift ice in winter, all in close proximity.

Fee
[Accommodation fee (per person per night)
1. infants 4 years old and up: 300 yen
(2) Elementary and junior high school students (excluding escort): 600 yen
High school and junior high school students (excluding the person leading the group): 900 yen
4. parents or guardians of those who fall under 1 to 3 and those who accompany them 2,100 yen
Persons other than 1 to 4: 2,500 yen
Children under 4 years old are free of charge.
Day trip fee
1. free for infants over 4 years old

3. high school students and students (excluding those who are escorted) free of charge
