Every year, a tourist spot representing Hokuryu Town, which is visited by over 200,000 tourists. From mid-July to late August during the season period, the "Sunflower Festival" is held every year, and the sight of as many as 2 million sunflowers blooming in full glory in a vast 23-hectare field is breathtaking, to say the least.

Also annexed are a World Sunflower Corner where you can view approximately 30 types of sunflowers from around the world, a giant maze made of sunflowers, and a tourist center where you can enjoy eating and drinking and shopping, among other facilities. Furthermore, various daily events such as fireworks displays are also organized.

In the sunflower field, sunflowers such as Hybrid Sunflower and Natsurinzo spread across the entire vast field. As a single field, it is the largest scale in Japan. Please definitely visit in person and experience the deep emotion that cannot be fully conveyed in photos.
