Established in 1968 by the cooperation of the PTA members and teachers of Hekisui Elementary School, the PTA president cut down trees on the mountain where he was the landowner, removed the roots, and cleared the land. It is a handmade ski resort by the townspeople. Powder snow, one slope for beginner skiers, free rope lift fee, and night skiing are available. It is a perfect ski resort for families and for practicing technical improvement.
