「Kazeno-bi」 is Hokkaido Shintotsukawa Town's renovation of the former Yoshino Elementary School, and is the atelier + gallery of sculptor and designer Takenobu Igarashi, which the Incorporated Association Kaze no Bijutsukan operates. Surrounded by beautiful rural scenery, it is a sculpture experience exchange facility where you can enjoy art in relaxed time and space, and have you participate in events. However, regarding visiting the facility, please keep in mind the fact that it is in an inconvenient location.
Due to extreme cold and heavy snowfall area, it closes during the winter season, and in the pleasant season of May to October, the gallery, cafe, shop, etc. are generally open to the public.
