The dojo is located in the center of town, near the Horokanai Town Hall, in the Horokanai Town Lifelong Learning Center "Aeru 97". (Moved on May 21, 2021).
The center is equipped with 10 full-scale soba-making tables.
A soba-making instructor will be assigned to every one to three participants, so you can learn how to make soba while receiving careful instruction.
