Buckwheat noodle making experience Horokanai buckwheat noodle dojo
The dojo is located inside Horokanai Town's Lifelong Learning Center "Aeru 97" near Horokanai Town Hall, in the central part of the town. (It relocated from May 21, 2021.)
Fully equipped with 10 authentic soba noodle making stands.
One soba noodle making instructor is assigned to 1 to 3 participants, and you can make soba while being carefully taught.
