Kodaira-cho Moyodai Ski Area
This ski area boasts a location overlooking the Kodaira city area and the Sea of Japan below. The slopes with good quality snow are suitable for beginners, families, and advanced skiers, and snowboarding is also allowed. Snowboarding is also allowed, and competitive skiing is popular in Kodaira, with Masashi Abe, a Nordic combined team gold medalist at the Lillehammer Winter Olympics, and Yasuyuki Takishita, Japan's representative in the Alpine events at the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics, also from Kodaira.
*There is one pair lift (500m long), a store and a cafeteria in the lodge.

regular closing day
