Urakawa Town Forest Park
Also commonly known as Ikandai Forest Park, this forest park is located on a hill overlooking the Sakai-cho urban area in Urakawa Town.
The park covers an area of approximately 68 hectares, and its proximity to the urban area makes it an excellent hiking course, and is used for bird watching and forest bathing.
The park has an observatory, pavilion, walking trail, and plaza, and from the observatory you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city with the Pacific Ocean below and the Hidaka Mountains in the distance.
