Soya Park (Soya Historical Park)
Located in the Soya district, the birthplace of Wakkanai City, "Soya Park" is an 8,000 m2 site with many historical sites and cultural assets, including "Soya Itsukushima Shrine," "Soya Gokokuji Temple," "Graves of former clan members," and "Monument to Tsugaru Hanbei Tsumeiai," shaped like coffee beans. It was established as a "historical park" in 1970.
The park is located near the goal point of the Wakkanai Footpath "Soya Hills Footpath Course," and toilets and other facilities are available.
