Bokke Walking Path

When you walk for about 15 minutes along the "Bokke Nature Trail" that continues from next to the Akan Lakeside Eco Museum Center, you will arrive at a place called "Bokke". Bokke means "boiling up" in the Ainu language, and here, hot mud is gushing out from underground together with volcanic gas. Also, despite being adjacent to the Akan Lake hot spring town, the nature trail, which possesses rich nature, allows you to find many wild animals such as Ezo squirrels, Great Spotted Woodpeckers, and Black Woodpeckers. Such a nature trail continues from next to the Akan Lakeside Eco Museum Center to the pleasure boat boarding point, and the required time is approximately 45 minutes.
