Overview
The official name is "Kushiro City Fisheries Reference Room".
As its name suggests, historical materials related to Kushiro's fisheries, DVDs, fishing gear, dioramas, etc. are exhibited, and you can enjoyably learn about Kushiro, which is one of Japan's leading fishing towns.
The admission fee is free, and on the 1st floor there is a dining hall where you can taste fresh seafood, and on the 5th floor there is also an observation room where you can overlook Kushiro 360 degrees, it is a hidden gem spot.
