Norbesa

A landmark in the entertainment district of Susukino, Hokkaido's only building with a rooftop Ferris wheel

Norbesa, with its giant Ferris wheel, stands out from the crowd and has a strong presence in Susukino. It is a commercial complex with about 30 stores ranging from fashion, amusement, and clinics, as well as a wide variety of restaurants. After enjoying shopping and dining, head to the Ferris wheel on the 7th floor. The attraction of the Ferris wheel is that it gradually rises in altitude and then returns to its original position, so you can enjoy the "moving scenery of Sapporo". During the Christmas season, the Ferris wheel is illuminated, making it a popular photo spot.
