Soup Curry Suage+
Deep taste of vegetables. Soup with sourness from tomatoes and sweetness from onions.
Founded in 2007, Suage+ started its own farm, Suage Agri, in 2019 and produces some of the vegetables used in its curry. The soup is based on chicken stock, pork bones, and tomatoes, and uses onion paste from contract farmers, which is sauteed for over 8 hours to bring out the umami of the onion. We are proud of our soup, which is light yet has a mild sweetness and deep richness.
Vegetables are simply fried. The deliciousness of the vegetables is directly conveyed!
We use plenty of vegetables grown on our own farm, such as potatoes, eggplants, and carrots. The vegetables are topped with "deep-fried" to accentuate the original flavor of the ingredients.
Special storage facility to bring out the best flavor of the vegetables
Vegetables are matured in a dedicated storage facility. Each vegetable is managed at the optimum temperature to bring out its best flavor. Potatoes are made from "Inca no mezame," a variety with a strong sweet taste that goes well with the spicy soup.
