Soup Curry Suage+
2007 year founding.
In 2019, our own farm "Suage Agri" was launched, and a part of the vegetables used for curry, we are supplying in-house. The soup, chicken bones and pork bones, tomato as a base, from contracted farmers procured onion paste is used. More than 8 hours continuing to stir-fry, thoroughly the onion's umami is being drawn out. While light, a mellow sweetness, deep richness can be tasted, it is our proud soup.
■ Vegetables are simply deep-fried plain. Its deliciousness directly!
Potatoes, eggplant, carrots, etc., at our own farm cultivated vegetables are generously used. The ingredients' original flavor highlighting "Suage" (deep-fried plain) with we top.
■ In dedicated storage facility, vegetables' deliciousness is drawn out.
Vegetables are in a dedicated storage facility aged. Each vegetable at optimal temperature is managed, and its deliciousness is drawn out. Potatoes, a strong sweetness variety "Inca no Mezame" are used, and with spice-effective soup, the compatibility is excellent.
