Matsuo Jingisukan Kita 19jo Higashi

A taste that all Hokkaido residents know. Traditional marinated Jingisukan

Founded in 1956. It is a pioneer of "seasoned Jingisukan," in which lamb is marinated in sauce, and has been a favorite of Hokkaido residents for many years. The secret sauce is based on soy sauce with onions and apples added to give the meat a natural sweetness. Matsuo's style is to grill the meat quickly and at the same time stew the vegetables in the sauce while eating.

The most popular menu item is the "4 Kinds of Meat Comparison Set.
The set includes four types of lamb: tender lamb thigh, fatty lamb, mutton, and rare lamb heart.

Newly introduced "hotpot," an authentic recipe devised by a chef!
Hot pot, a Chinese hot pot dish with a recipe created by Chinese chefs at affiliated restaurant "Dim Sum Sapporo," is now available at some restaurants. In addition, they also offer various other ways to enjoy lamb chops and lamb giblets.
