Noodle Shoki

Men Shoki is conveniently located a five-minute walk from Kita 24-jo Station on the Namboku subway line, and has a parking lot. The restaurant has four counter seats and six table seats, allowing you to enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The specialty, "Hokkaido's Three Great Konbu Water Tsukemen" (1,280 yen), features noodles soaked in konbu broth, allowing you to enjoy the umami of konbu even without the dipping sauce. The dipping sauce is salty with concentrated chicken and pork flavors, and blends beautifully with the konbu water. Bottled soup is also available, allowing you to enjoy it down to the last drop.

In addition, this restaurant, which was opened in January 2022 after the owner Nakano, who founded the popular Kyoto ramen restaurant "Seabura no Kami," moved to Sapporo, also has a popular menu item, "back fat dried sardines."
