The shop is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Kita-24-jo Station on the Namboku Subway Line. For those visiting by car, it's close to Sapporo's main arterial road, 'Ishikari Kaido,' and there are two parking spots next to the store. If the parking is full, you can use a nearby coin-operated parking lot and receive a free 100-yen topping (a service that includes your companions). The interior features four counter seats and two tables with three seats each, arranged side-by-side. The seating is spacious, allowing you to enjoy your ramen in a relaxed atmosphere.

The shop's popular 'Hokkaido's Three Great Kombu Water Tsukemen' (1,280 yen)
The must-try specialty is the 'Hokkaido's Three Great Kombu Water Tsukemen.' Although it's tsukemen, the noodles are served already soaked in kombu water, and they are incredibly delicious even when eaten as is, allowing you to feel the umami of the kombu!
So delicious on its own, you might even forget to dip it in the sauce.
The noodles themselves, with their smooth and chewy texture, are also outstanding.
The dipping sauce is a salt-based tare, perfectly designed to harmonize with the kombu water.
The dipping sauce for the 'Hokkaido's Three Great Kombu Water Tsukemen'
The dipping sauce is made with a soup packed with the umami of chicken and pork, combined with a salt-based tare, meticulously crafted to harmonize with the kombu water. As you eat, the umami of the kombu gradually infuses the sauce, making it even more delicious.
The highlight is the final 'soup-wari'! Savor every last drop with the dipping sauce, kombu umami, and Japanese dashi.
The 'wari-soup' (diluting broth) is served in a bottle.
And the true pleasure of tsukemen is the 'soup-wari'! The final enjoyment is adding the 'wari-soup' to the remaining dipping sauce. The resulting soup, enriched with the umami of the dipping sauce and the kombu, can be adjusted to your preferred concentration with the Japanese dashi broth. Although it's quite a large portion, the soup is so exquisite you won't want to leave a single drop. At Men Shoki, the 'wari-soup' is provided in a bottle, which is a great touch as it allows each customer to adjust the flavor to their liking.
Another signature dish, 'Seabura Niboshi,' is a fusion of Kyoto and Niigata ramen.
'Seabura Niboshi' (1,000 yen)
Another attraction is the 'Seabura Niboshi,' which has been a signature dish since the shop opened. It features a sharp soy sauce flavor enhanced by the umami of back fat, creating an incredibly delicious bowl that fuses the ramen styles of Kyoto and Niigata.
Men Shoki is famous for its tsukemen. It's a special dish that we highly recommend even to those who don't usually eat tsukemen. Be sure to experience it at the shop!
