The Meoto Onsen Hotel has been used as a therapeutic hot spring bath for over 100 years since its opening in 1901.
Since its opening, the hotel has maintained the same hot spring water, which is 100% naturally gushing, free-flowing, and not heated.

The simple sulfur hot spring of 120 liters per minute and a fountainhead temperature of 60 ℃ gushes out from the riverside of the Nukanan River, which flows from the Daisetsu Mountains.
