SPOT
Meto Onsen
Meto Onsen Hotel has been used as a therapeutic hot spring for over 100 years since its opening in 1901.
The hot spring water, unchanged since its opening, is maintained as 100% natural, free-flowing from the source, with no added heat.
It is a simple sulfur hot spring with a source temperature of 60°C, gushing out at 120 liters per minute from the banks of the Nukanan River, which flows from the Daisetsuzan mountain range.
Please enjoy the open-air bath in a nature-rich environment surrounded by a primeval forest.
