SPOT
This restaurant (training facility) is run by students from Hokkaido Mikasa High School, the only public high school in Hokkaido that offers only food and cooking courses. They cook and serve food, sweets and other dishes to the general public, honing their skills.
The cooking club's "Magokoro Kitchen" serves time-consuming dishes using high-quality ingredients from Mikasa City and Hokkaido, while the confectionery club's "Cherie" serves Western-style sweets that students have made from prototype to commercialization. The facility was named "ESSOR," which means "fly" in French, in the hope that students will soar high toward their dreams.
