SPOT
HAKODATE GOURMET PORT
"HAKODATE GOURMET PORT", the first food court since the airport opened in 1961, will open on the third floor of the domestic passenger terminal building at Hakodate Airport. The concept is to "collect the unique qualities of Hakodate, as well as the charms of southern Hokkaido, as the 'brightness of the region' and promote it to the whole country and the world."
The five most popular restaurants in the Hakodate and Southern Hokkaido area that offer special menus using local ingredients will be gathering together, including the curry restaurant "méli méloken," produced by "méli mélo," a popular creative cuisine restaurant in Sapporo run by a Michelin chef from Hakodate, which will be opening its first store in the Southern Hokkaido area. In addition, the famous ramen restaurant "Matsukasa" from Nanae Town and the famous pork restaurant "Hikoma Buta KITCHEN," which uses high-quality SPF pork raised at the Southern Hokkaido Agro Farm in Mori Town, will be opening their first store in Hakodate.
