"I want to make sweets that make people captivated in an instant." Encountered in the process of seriously engaging with milk and butter, "Machimura Farm," a dairy farming pioneer exceeding 100 years since establishment, and "Calm Kakuyama," which creates the future of dairy farming with advanced technology. "BLUE POND" was born under the supervision of Hokkaido's specialists.
The sweets created are two. "New Texture Caramel Milk Sandwich," created in order to bring out Hokkaido's deliciousness in a never before seen form. And, "New Sensation Caramel Cheesecake," where Hokkaido dairy farming's history and future merge. It is a caramel milk sweet only here throughout the world, combining caramel using Hokkaido raw milk and fragrant crispy dough.
