The company's popular products include "Aged Shinmaki Salmon," which is made by rubbing salt into the salmon and allowing it to mature slowly, and "Kanshiobiki," which is made by salting the salmon, removing the salt, and exposing it to the cold wind. The store also has products that can be sampled. The store also has products available for tasting, so visit the store to try some. You can taste grilled salmon processed by Sato Suisan at "Kaisen Marudai-tei" in Susukino.
