Located in a superb location with the silvery white Mount Shokanbetsu and the deep blue Sea of Japan, the Shokanbetsu Ski Resort offers ski slopes where everyone from beginners to experts can enjoy skiing to their heart's content. The season runs from late December to mid-March, and the groomed slopes offer six courses for beginners, families and experts (including a dynamic course certified by the Ski Association of Japan, with a snowboard course). There are two lifts, both of which are paired for increased speed. Enjoy the spectacular downhill slopes and soaring powder snow.
