It is a park that was maintained in the vicinity of the summit of Monbetsu Mountain (commonly known as: Ōyama) with an elevation of 334m, and it is the most scenic good spot in Monbetsu where you can view at a glance Monbetsu's townscape and the Okhotsk Sea.
Besides being able to ascend even by car, there are also walking paths where you can enjoy bird watching, forest bathing, plant observation, etc. Inside the park, there are also cottages, and by utilizing the weekend, you can fully enjoy outdoor activities with family and companions.
The Sky Tower, with a height of 31m, is an observation tower that also serves as a television radio tower, and from the fact that it can be seen well even from the urban area, it has become Monbetsu's symbol.
You can ascend by elevator, and from the observation room, you can view things like the arc-drawing coastline and Daisetsu's mountain range.
