Numaura Observatory (White Lovers' Hill)
Overview
Across Route 108, "Numaura Marshland" and "Otatomari Swamp" are on the mountain side, and "Numaura Observatory" and "Numaura Campsite" are on the ocean side. The Numaura Observatory is the parking lot at the end of the slope after entering the ocean side from the entrance of the Numaura Campground. Looking at the mountain side from the hill, you can see the Otatomari Swamp below and Mt. Looking toward the ocean, you can see the mainland of Hokkaido beyond the Sea of Japan. If you propose here, take a picture of the proposal and bring it to the Rishiri-fuji Town Tourist Association, you will receive a "Certificate of Proposal" officially approved by Ishiya Seika.
