Creating a prosperous and vibrant town

Sansankan (Tsubetsu Town Multipurpose Activity Center) opened on April 1, 2011 as a new public facility in Tsubetsu Town.
This facility was constructed to realize the "Community Development Center Concept Project," which is one of the strategic projects of the 5th Tsubetsu Town Comprehensive Plan, in order to support the town's citizens in their community development activities, provide them with a place to interact, disseminate local information, and deepen their ties, thereby promoting a rich and vibrant community. This facility was constructed to support community development activities by town residents, provide a place for interaction, etc., and promote the development of a rich and vibrant town by disseminating local information and deepening connections.
The Tsubetsu Machizukuri Center Management Council, a residents' organization, has been established to discuss the operation of the facility and the purpose of its use from the perspective of developing resident-led initiatives to create a lively atmosphere.
