The twin Siberian cherry trees stand on the hill behind the Tsubetsu Wood Craft Museum Kinos. Photographer Kazuma Anesaki and poet Shuntaro Tanikawa have published a picture book themed around these trees. Their quiet, close-knit appearance gives viewers a mysterious sense of happiness.
