Sapporo City

Amon ( @amonworks ), a sculptor of figures and accessories, tweeted a scene he saw in Odori Park in Sapporo, which elicited a huge response.

The illustrations drawn by Amon are a little surreal, but strangely realistic, and I am very curious as to whether there really are people like this. Then, on the same day that I posted it, I received a reaction from someone who seemed to be the person in question, saying, "Huh? Oh my, is this me?" When I watched the video,

The location was Odori Park. He was wearing distinctive yellow pants. And best of all, he was dancing while eating yakisoba noodles directly from a clear waist pouch with chopsticks... this was definitely him!

The Domingo editorial team couldn't sit still and were probably dancing, so we spoke to the man himself.

Instagram

- Where did you find out that this was a hot topic?

I found out on Twitter. I was surprised to see in the notification section of Twitter that someone was searching for me. The "missing person" tweet had an illustration attached to it, and it seems that the characteristic led to the search and identification. I was also told in the comments of a TikTok video that "people were searching for me on Twitter." I was very happy that they were trying to find me.

-Why did you do this shoot in the first place?

It all started when I filmed it to post on the short video website "Tiktok." Overseas influencers were posting videos of themselves dancing while eating pasta or cereal with milk in a transparent pouch, and it was becoming popular. So I danced while eating yakisoba noodles in a transparent pouch that I bought at a food stall at the "YOSAKOI Soran Festival" held in Hokkaido.

This is the kind of video you often see on TikTok, so I never expected it to have such a big impact. I would be happy if this video could raise interest and awareness of LGBTQ among many people.
