Asahikawa City is located almost in the center of Hokkaido, famous for Asahiyama Zoo and soy sauce ramen, but there are many attractive places around the city as well! Here is a 2-day/1-night model course to enjoy Asahiyama Zoo and Asahikawa Ramen and visit attractive spots in Bibai on the way. Enjoy your trip with the Bingo Stamp Rally!

A model route for a two day and one night tour will be introduced as "LOVE LOVE LOVE Hokkaido Bingo Stamp Rally Journey with Yukine the Rabbit". Please enjoy the fun-filled Asahikawa and Bibai to the fullest!

The trip starts from Sapporo Station. Before arriving at the station, you can apply for participation from the official website by scanning the QR code of the Bingo Stamp Rally. Application is easy; just enter your name and password. When you are ready, get the stamp of "Station A" at Sapporo Station! To get the stamp, just go to the location, go there, and check it with GPS. After you get the stamp safely, take the express train to JR Asahikawa Station.

Take the Lilac 11 limited express train from JR Sapporo Station to JR Asahikawa Station (about 1 hour and 25 minutes).

Arrive at Asahikawa Station! Here you can get the "Station B" stamp, so check in immediately. Now it's time to head to the Asahiyama Zoo, today's fun destination, by bus.

From JR Asahikawa Station, take the Asahikawa Electric Railway for about 45 minutes.

Take time to enjoy Asahiyama Zoo in the afternoon! Asahiyama Zoo is a popular destination for children and families alike, where you can see animals in a variety of original and unique exhibits.

For lunch inside the zoo, we recommend the Genghis Khan Curry topped with Wassamu Genghis Khan. The mouth-watering Jingisukan and the flavor of the curry will warm you up. After lunch, around 2:00 p.m., you will have a chance to see penguins waddling around! You will be heartened to see the cute penguins waddling in a line.

From Asahiyama Zoo, take the Asahikawa Electric Railway to JR Asahikawa Station (about 45 minutes).

After a lot of fun at the zoo, you will be hungry by the time you get back to Asahikawa Station. Let's have Asahikawa Ramen for dinner. There are many Asahikawa Ramen restaurants around Asahikawa Station. There are many different kinds of ramen, each with its own unique flavor, but Asahikawa is known for its soy sauce ramen! The rich broth and satisfying noodles will warm up your frozen body in the Asahikawa cold.

There are many nationally famous stores around the station, so stop by and enjoy a bowl of ramen. With our stomachs full, we will head for today's lodging.

Hotel Route-Inn Grand Asahikawa Ekimae is conveniently located in front of the station, but still offers hot spring baths. The slightly muddy hot spring is popular for its resistance to cooling down. The hotel also has a large bath on the 17th floor, so you can enjoy the night view while relaxing in the hot water.

On the second day, after a leisurely breakfast, we departed for Heiwa Dori Shopping Park! The shopping park is a pedestrian paradise that stretches about 1 km. There are also restaurants and department stores, so enjoy shopping while strolling around!

After a 50-minute ride on the Lilac 22 limited express train from JR Asahikawa Station, we will arrive at JR Bibai Station, where we will take a 30-minute citizen's bus.

Take a 30-minute bus ride from Bibai Station to "Kan Yasuda Sculpture Museum Arte Piazza Bibai". Arte Piazza Bibai is an art museum exhibiting the works of world-renowned sculptor Kan Yasuda. Many of his works are displayed outdoors, and the sculptures are in harmony with the nature of Bibai. In winter, the area is covered with snow, creating a different atmosphere from that of summer. There are also sculptures inside the museum, allowing visitors to tour the museum at their leisure.

The "Café Arte" inside the facility is a very spacious place, and the view from the window is like a painting. The view from the windows looks like a painting, and the atmosphere is as if time is passing quietly here. Please enjoy the delicious potage and bread from Bibai, and be enchanted by the world of Kan Yasuda's sculptures.

Next, let's head to the last destination of this visit, the Blue Cave Onsen Pipa no Yu Yurinkan.

Take a 10-minute city bus ride from the Kan Yasuda Sculpture Museum Arte Piazza Bibai to the Yurinkan.

Ao no cave onsen Pipa no yu Yurinkan is a hot spring facility located on a hill. The hot spring is characterized by its sodium-hydrogencarbonate spring water, which has a characteristic of thick water. It is also known as the "hot water for beautiful skin," and is very popular. Take your time to enjoy the hot spring bath and have smooth and beautiful skin.

After the trip's exhaustion is healed by the hot spring, we will take the limited express Lilac 34 from Bibai Station to Sapporo Station on the way back home.

Take the Lilac 34 limited express train from JR Bibai Station to JR Sapporo Station (about 35 minutes).
