Mt. Yotei is also known as "Ezo Fuji" (Hokkaido's Mt. Fuji) due to its resemblance to Mt. Fuji, and it's one of Hokkaido's most iconic mountains.
It shows various expressions depending on the season and the viewing angle, so you'll discover something new no matter how many times you see it 🔍
Lighthouse Bathed in the Sunset Glow (Kushiro City)
A lighthouse standing quietly in the harbor.
I love going to see its sturdy presence.
It's especially beautiful at the hour when the sun sets on the lighthouse, like a painting.

Cherry Blossoms & Snow-Capped Mt. Tokachi (Kamifurano Town)
I photographed the cherry blossoms in full bloom with the zebra-striped, snow-capped Mt. Tokachi.
Although it was an overcast day, the soft light illuminated the remaining snow and cherry blossoms, and a light ground mist created a photo with a sense of depth.
