The hotel will feature a café & bar lounge in a sunlit, open atrium, a spa where guests can indulge in exhilaration and relaxation in an extraordinary space, a restaurant serving Hokkaido's local ingredients, a theater room, and banquet halls.

The first basement floor to the second floor will be the shopping area. It will be directly connected to the Pole Town underground shopping mall and will include a rest space called 'Tsunagari no Ba' (A Place for Connection).
