The thought behind the name of the unexplored waterfall

The name Hotel Kutekun was derived from "Kutekun Falls," an unexplored waterfall in Nakashibetsu, with the desire to give it a name familiar to locals. The idea of turning a container into a hotel was based on the know-how gained from the previous use of containers as company housing, and the plan was developed into Hotel Kutekun.
