Located above Susukino's landmark "Kokonosukino", it has an excellent location!

SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL opened in January 2024. Located above the always-bustling Kokonosukino district, it is conveniently located directly connected to the Susukino subway station, making it a safe place to meet up. The extremely popular lunch buffet has a long line even before the reservation time! The hospitable hotel staff will guide you to your seat one by one. The seats are spacious, and the path to the buffet table is easy, creating a calm atmosphere.

Using ingredients from Hokkaido, the head chef, who has experience in French cuisine, has put together a menu of about 25 dishes.
Don't miss the demonstration corner! Two signature dishes are must-try

The buffet table offers a variety of dishes, including cold appetizers, Western dishes, and a vegetable bar, but the most popular is the demonstration corner. The carbonara made with Grana di Ezo from Sapporo cheese factory Fattoria Bio Hokkaido is a dish in which hot pasta is mixed in a Grana di Ezo aged cheese container. It has a rich aroma and flavor, and is an authentic taste.

The demonstration corner is crowded at first, but it calms down after a while, so I recommend going at a different time.
Another signature dish is grilled beef. The beef is grilled to a firm yet tender texture, and you can really feel the chef's skill. Two types of sauce are available, but the mountain wasabi sauce is especially good! Refills are free, which is great news for meat lovers. The type of meat changes here. The monthly menu is posted on the official website, so be sure to check it out in advance.

Another signature dish is the grilled beef. It has a firm texture and is cooked to be tender.

Two types of sauce are available. I was especially impressed with the mountain wasabi sauce!

Pay attention to the deliciousness of vegetables! A salad bar with a wide variety of toppings

The vegetable bar features fresh salad and steamed vegetables that change daily. What's surprising is how tasty the vegetables themselves are. Not only are they fresh, but the crispy leafy vegetables and the oven-roasted, slow-grilled vegetables really bring out the flavor of the vegetables themselves. Another appealing point is that you can add your own customizations, such as nuts, olive oil, and dressings. We also recommend combining them with cold meats.

Lettuce and other leafy vegetables are crisp and crunchy. The natural flavor of the vegetables is strong, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients.

There are also plenty of toppings available, such as fried onions and croutons, as well as dressings such as vinegar, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.

Cold meat is also available, so you can pair it with vegetables to really get your mood going.
An abundance of local Hokkaido cuisine and ingredients from Hokkaido

Each dish on the menu is carefully prepared and inventive. The sauces and seasonings are carefully made with herbs and spices, and the satisfaction is similar to that of French or Italian cuisine. The Hokkaido Exploration Menu changes monthly, so it's fun to come back again and again.

The menu, which changes from time to time and uses meat and fish such as bouillabaisse, offers authentic flavors.

The meat is cooked to perfection, and there is a wide variety of sauces and seasonings to choose from, so you won't get bored of it.
In addition, the "Coal, Iron and Port Meals" corner features local dishes from coal mining areas such as Ashibetsu, Akabira and Yubari, as well as port towns such as Otaru. As a hub restaurant connecting Hokkaido producers with us consumers, one of the concepts of this buffet is to convey Hokkaido's local cuisine and food culture through food.

The Charcoal, Iron and Port Meal Corner has a fun display, including a model steam locomotive.
Enjoy pastry sweets as well as self-made desserts

Even if you're full, you can't help but eat dessert. The pastry chef's special desserts include mini cakes and puddings, and there are always 6 to 7 varieties available. There is also a wide selection of soft serve ice cream and fruit that you can enjoy with your favorite toppings. There are also corn flakes, fruit sauces, and sweet bean paste, so why not try making your own unique original parfait?

The cakes change from time to time, and include mousse, chocolate gateau, tart, etc. Pudding is also popular!

You can also create your own original parfait by topping the soft serve ice cream made with Hokkaido milk with your favorite fruits and sauces.

The sweets are regularly replenished, so if you don't like what you're looking for, just wait a bit.
This is the repeat point!

The lunch buffet at SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL seems to take great care in preparing each and every dish. It's more like a course meal than a buffet, so I highly recommend it!
・The cooking methods and sauces are elaborate and unique, so you won't get tired of eating them. ・The quality of the ingredients used is high! I was especially surprised at how tasty the vegetables were. ・You can learn about food culture with Hokkaido as the keyword The seating arrangement is spacious and there is ample movement.
