"Maruha RISE" uses shellfish broth, which is rare in Sapporo. What is the ramen that inherits the thoughts of the previous owner?
The popular ramen is made with a bowl of "shellfish broth" made with plenty of clams.

Popular ramen "shellfish broth soy sauce" 950 yen
Located a 5-minute walk from Sumikawa Station on the Namboku subway line, Noodle Shop Maruha Rise's popular menu item is the "Shellfish Broth Soy Sauce." The soup is made with a large amount of clams, making it a rare shellfish broth in Sapporo. Oysters are also used in the flavoring oil, allowing you to fully enjoy the umami of shellfish.

The noodles that go with the soup are straight noodles made by Menya Teigaku and shipped in from Kyoto. The noodles were carefully selected to match the rare shellfish stock, and not only do they go down smoothly, but the noodles themselves are also delicious.

We also recommend the "Shime Chazuke" (final chazuke) served with a delicious shellfish broth soup! It comes with a set of the usual "shellfish broth soy sauce" or "shellfish broth soy sauce salt" and rice for the final chazuke.

Chazuke set for 1,200 yen
The rich pork bone soup "Miso Ramen" is also addictively delicious.

"Rich Pork Bone Miso" 1,000 yen
In addition to the signature "shellfish broth" soy sauce and salt, they also offer a rich pork bone miso ramen, which is the polar opposite of the light shellfish broth! The rich soup will impress even those who love rich ramen, and the rich flavor of the pork bones slowly simmered is addictively delicious.

Choose thick noodles with a smooth and chewy texture that stands up to the rich soup!
"Sapporo Style" ramen served only on Mondays and Tuesdays

"Sapporo Taiwanese noodles" 1,100 yen
On Mondays and Tuesdays, they also serve a bowl of noodles that combines the "Sapporo Style" of stirring bean sprouts in a wok, which is served at the main store, "Mensho Maruha BEYOND." The "Sapporo Taiwan Noodles," which combines the "Sapporo Style" with Nagoya's local ramen "Taiwan Ramen," is a bowl that will fascinate spicy ramen lovers. They also offer a variety of limited menus, including a "secret menu" that cannot be ordered by people who are looking at social media.

Carrying on the spirit of our predecessors, we continue to serve delicious coffee

You can even bring your stroller in, making it a family-friendly store.
Originally, "Mensho Maruha" was opened in Nishioka, Toyohira-ku, Sapporo in 2005 by the late Mr. Asaya Hasegawa. In 2011, a second brand, "Mensho Maruha Kenmatsumaru", was opened in Sapporo's downtown "Susukino", and its super rich tonkotsu ramen became a hot topic. However, Mr. Asaya fell ill and closed the restaurant, much to everyone's regret.
Later, his eldest son, Ryoma, inherited his father's passion for ramen and opened "Mensho Maruha BEYOND" in Nakanoshima, Toyohira Ward, Sapporo in 2013 (will move to Minamihiragishi, Toyohira Ward, Sapporo in 2021). The "BEYOND" in the store's name contains the meaning of surpassing or surpassing one's father.
The "Mensho Maruha RISE" introduced this time opened in Sumikawa, Minami-ku, Sapporo in 2017 as the second brand of BEYOND. The head of the main store is left to the manager, and the owner Ryoma is in the kitchen, offering a wide variety of noodles. Once you've visited, you'll want to go back again.
