"NoMaps 2024," a city-wide festival featuring simultaneous events on various themes like business, education, wellness, and sports, will be held in Sapporo from September 11 (Wed) to 15 (Sun). We'll introduce the charms of this event, which gathers over 200 guests for more than 140 programs across 21 venues in 13 categories.

NoMaps is a project that started in 2016 with the aim of creating new value in the fields of technology, entertainment, and creativity, set in Hokkaido. This year, its ninth, is being held under the catchphrase "THE FEVER - This Frenzy Spreads with Every Person Who Thinks of the Future."

While sharing the latest technologies and trends with numerous guests from all over the country, a diverse range of participants, from children to business professionals, will gather for a variety of exciting programs geared toward the future.

NoMaps covers a very wide range of themes, with a total of 13 categories. From the "CONFERENCE" featuring a star-studded lineup of guests like Takafumi Horie, Nana Suzuki, and Ken Watabe of Unjash, to "SPORTS" held in the pedestrian-only zone of Sapporo's Odori area, and "WELLNESS" which makes health more accessible with talks by So Takei, you're sure to find an event that's perfect for you.

"Tenka Hide Presents: How Do We Live in a Data-Driven Society" featuring Takafumi Horie will be held on September 12.

Talk sessions on business and the future featuring over 140 prominent guests, including Takafumi Horie and Nana Suzuki. Held on September 12 (Thu) and 13 (Fri) at ACU-A on the 16th floor of Asty 45, near Sapporo Station.

"KIZASHI Inc. Presents: Reskilling for All Generations. Nana Suzuki Aims to Become a Career Consultant Through Youth and Parent-Child Reskilling!" featuring Nana Suzuki will be held on September 13.

The stage featuring So Takei, also known as the "King of Beasts," will be held on September 15.

Under the theme "Let's Turn 'Bothersome' into 'Beginning'," this category features talk sessions and exhibition booths to make health feel more accessible. Held from September 13 (Fri) to 15 (Sun) at Chi-Ka-Ho / Akapla.

Packed with sessions perfect for those interested in community, local revitalization, and city planning.

Sessions and events themed around solving social issues. Held from September 12 (Thu) to 14 (Sat) at the Sapporo Cultural Arts Community Center SCARTS.

A rich lineup of content for thinking together about overseas business.

Talk sessions mainly focused on the theme of overseas business. Held on September 14 (Sat) at THEATER SAPPORO and on the 15th (Sun) at Share Office BYYARD.

A lineup of talk sessions and meetups to think about education together, transcending positions and generations. Held from September 13 (Fri) to 15 (Sun) at the Sapporo Cultural Arts Community Center SCARTS.

Many fun themes that go beyond the boundaries of the university.

Set at Hokkaido University, this creates opportunities for universities, local governments, startups, other universities, and private sector individuals to gather and connect in an enjoyable way. Held on September 14 (Sat) and 15 (Sun) at Doshin Plaza DO-BOX / Hokkaido University Innovation Hub Enreiso.

The U35 generation gathers, transcending jobs and genres.

An exhibition of lifestyles and work styles for the U35 generation from Hokkaido and across Japan. Held on September 15 (Sun) at the Sapporo Cultural Arts Community Center SCARTS.

A venue for presenting geeky creations.

Events centered around the theme of "geek," mainly for IT engineers and technicians. Held from September 13 (Fri) to 15 (Sun) at Deep Tech CORE SAPPORO.

A meetup event where students gather.

A meetup on the themes of social enterprises and startups that are of interest to students. Held on September 15 (Sun) at TREE BASE.

The famous T-Rex Race will also be held in the middle of Sapporo.

Take over Odori's pedestrian paradise with sports! Active athletes and sports experience booths will appear, offering programs that everyone from children to adults can easily participate in. Held on September 14 (Sat) and 15 (Sun) at Sapporo Hokoten.

Packed with events, including the "Toy Park" where the entire venue is filled with play.

An event where both children and adults can have fun and interact, held at the new spot in Shin-Sapporo, "BiVi Shin-Sapporo." Held on September 15 (Sun) at BiVi Shin-Sapporo 2F BiVi PARK.

At "A Night Where Creatures Gather" held at the urban aquarium "AOAO SAPPORO," there will be acoustic live music and VR experiences.

A place for guests and participants who have gathered in Sapporo for NoMaps to meet all at once. Held on September 12 (Thu) & 13 (Fri) at SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL, and on the 14th (Sat) at AOAO SAPPORO.

Events like the "Sea and Forest AR Exploration Event" where sea and forest creatures appear in the real world through AR.

AR art will be displayed under two themes: "AR Item Hunt" and "Let's Sculpt the City"! Held from September 11 (Wed) to 16 (Mon) at the Kita 1-jo Public Underground Walkway.
