This is a food festival where you can taste the seasonal flavors of Toyoura Town. In addition to selling live Toyoura scallops and grilled scallops, 21 stores from 4 cities and 4 towns will be set up where you can enjoy local gourmet food. In addition, the "World Scallop Fishing Championship" is a popular event where participants catch scallops. Participants who have won the preliminary rounds will compete in a heated battle.

At the Sanlaiva Ski Resort, there are lots of snow games that both adults and children can enjoy, such as picking oranges and tug-of-war with the Yukijin. There will also be rice cake throwing on the snow, making this an event filled with the excitement of winter.

This is a popular event that heralds the arrival of spring in Rumoi. The main event is the Moekko Bamba Race, a thrilling race on snow in which a team pulls a herring boat weighing about 700 kg. Other events include a gourmet street and a big raffle.

The theater company "Tsuruwaki Gakudan" is based in Sapporo and is active nationwide. In this performance, a wide range of students from junior high school students to working adults who participated in the theater company's acting course will present the results of their one-year experience in Shakespeare's early tragedies. A lecture and observation event on the theme of raccoons. Professor Emeritus Ikeda of Hokkaido University will give a lecture on the ecology of raccoons, and a nature observation will be conducted while walking around the Maizuru Retarding Basin.
