Located just a two-minute walk from Susukino intersection, Parfait Specialty Shop Shiawase no Recipe Sweet Plus is a popular shop for Sapporo's final parfaits. It's also just a two-minute walk from Exit 3 of Susukino Station on the Namboku Subway Line, and is conveniently located right in front of the Susukino Venue, where fantastic ice sculptures line the streets during the Sapporo Snow Festival.
The cutely framed sign for "Parfait Specialty Shop Happy Recipe Sweet Plus"
Once you find the small sign hanging at the entrance to the building, take the elevator to the 5th floor.
Also pay attention to the picture book characters scattered on the walls
The interior of the store is like being transported to a picture book world, with a large chandelier and shadow puppet motifs on the walls, creating an extraordinary atmosphere.
A menu book you'll want to look at forever
The interior, lighting, accessories on display, and even the contents of the menu book all create a unique world that makes you feel like you've been transported to a fairy tale land.
Counter seats with high chairs are perfect for solo diners
The red-themed interior creates a sophisticated atmosphere without being too sweet, so it's a place where people of all ages and genders can relax. There are also counter seats that are perfect for solo diners.
The world view is so cute! It's fun to visit alone, as a couple, or in a group.
"Cheese Soufflé Parfait: The Secret of the Smiling Cat" 2,060 yen
In addition to the Snow Miku collaboration parfait, Parfait Specialty Shop Shiawase no Recipe Sweet Plus also offers a variety of parfaits, including parfaits that are available year-round and seasonal menu items.
Be sure to check the menu book for "recommended" marks.
You can check the concept and contents of each parfait written in the menu book before making your selection. I ordered the "Cheese Soufflé Parfait: The Secret of the Smiling Cat" (2,060 yen), which has a cute illustration reminiscent of the Cheshire Cat from "Alice in Wonderland." In addition to a generous amount of cheese soufflé, it contains cream cheese gelato, fresh milk gelato, raspberry compote, and more, giving it a rich yet refreshing taste. There was also a shiratama (rice flour dumpling) hidden at the bottom of the glass.
Thin cookie-like Parmigiano Reggiano
It's topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano, which adds a crispy texture with a subtle saltiness. It's not too sweet, and goes well with alcohol. Recommended for cheese lovers.
It's also fun to line up the parfaits and take photos.
The parfait dishes and teacups are all cute and photogenic, so you'll want to take lots of photos and create some wonderful winter memories.
Drinks are a great value when purchased as a parfait set!
"Rooibos Tea Cherry Blossom" 480 yen (set price)
This drink is also fun to pair with a parfait. The "Rooibos Tea Cherry Blossom," with its subtle flavors of cherry blossoms and caramel, is priced at 600 yen on its own, but when paired with a parfait, it's a bargain at 480 yen. Its refreshing flavor will have you looking forward to the arrival of spring.
Rooibos tea is also available in a variety of other flavors, including peach, lemon, apricot and honey, and is caffeine-free, so you can enjoy it even late at night.
"Whiskey Cream Tea" 480 yen (set price)
Be sure to check out flavored teas like "Whiskey Cream Tea." They also have Italian coffee, jasmine tea, and orange juice. They also have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including beer, whiskey, and wine, and all of them come with a parfait set for a great deal.

"Snow Miku 2026 Collaboration Parfait" available for a limited time from January, 3,090 yen
Starting January 9, 2026, a special menu inspired by Snow Miku, the character that supports Hokkaido, will also be available. As part of the Snow Miku 2026 festival, a collaboration project with sweets shops across Hokkaido called the Hokkaido Happy Sweets Map, a collaboration menu with Snow Miku 2026 will be offered, with the Snow Miku 2026 Collaboration Parfait (3,090 yen).
The striking, vibrant blue and white color scheme is a bit unusual for sweets. The dessert is dotted with motifs inspired by the Snow Miku costume design for 2026, evoking a feeling of both Snow Miku and winter in Hokkaido.
The mechanism that evokes the snow of Hokkaido is fun
There's a wide variety of flavors, including sugar candy shaped like snowflakes, strawberries that look like they're covered in snow, sweet and sour raspberry gelato with plenty of fresh cream, and milk gelato. There's also a rice dumpling at the bottom of the glass, so it's plenty filling enough to satisfy your hunger.
The blue and white base with red accents is beautiful and photogenic!
The rich sweetness of the milk and the freshness of the raspberries were perfectly balanced, and I finished it in no time. It was a parfait that made me feel happy both looking at it and tasting it, and it perfectly matched this year's theme of "Happy Patisserie."
A table seating for four with ample space to accommodate parfaits and drinks
The shop also has spacious tables that seat four, making it a great place to visit with a group of friends or family. Be sure to stop by Parfait Specialty Shop Shiawase no Recipe Sweet Plus on your way home from the Snow Festival or for a final parfait after a meal.
