Be sure to check for the "Recommended" mark in the menu book

You can choose your parfait by reading about its concept and ingredients in the menu book. I ordered the "The Secret of the Smiling Cat" Cheese Soufflé Parfait (2,060 yen), with its cute illustration reminiscent of the Cheshire Cat from "Alice in Wonderland"! It features a generous cheese soufflé, cream cheese gelato, fresh milk gelato, and raspberry compote, creating a rich yet refreshing flavor. This one also had shiratama dumplings hidden at the bottom of the glass.

A thin, cookie-like slice of Parmigiano-Reggiano

The topping is Parmigiano-Reggiano. Its crisp texture and hint of saltiness provide a perfect accent. It's not overly sweet and would likely pair well with an alcoholic beverage. Highly recommended for cheese lovers.

The perfect balance between the rich sweetness of the milk and the refreshing tartness of the raspberry meant I finished it in no time. It's a parfait that brings happiness whether you're looking at it or eating it, perfectly fitting this year's costume theme of "Happy Patisserie."
