“Incredibly Rich Flavor!” The Secret Behind the Special 100% Fresh Milk Yogurt from Shibecha, Hokkaido's Dairy Town

In Shibecha, one of Hokkaido's leading dairy farming areas, Kaze Farm has been producing and selling drinking yogurt since 1990. The clean air and water nurtured by the great outdoors produce rich, fresh milk. How is their drinking yogurt, with its perfect harmony of sweetness, acidity, and richness, made? Today, we'll introduce their special commitment to quality.

A popular product from Kaze Farm! “Tiara Yogurt 150ml” for 324 yen

Shibecha Town, one of Hokkaido's premier dairy regions, is famous for its “Hoshizora no Kuroushi,” a crossbreed of Japanese Black and Holstein cattle. The town is popular nationwide for its mail-order products, ranging from processed goods like sausages to dairy products such as milk, yogurt, and cheese.

Located in Shibecha, Kaze Farm produces the exquisite drinking yogurts “Puritia Yogurt” and “Tiara Yogurt,” made from 100% fresh milk. Using oligosaccharides and granulated sugar, they are characterized by their natural sweetness and rich texture.

A Flavor That Evolves Over Time

Their commitment is to use no unnecessary additives. Because the yogurt is slowly fermented at a low temperature for a long time, its flavor gradually changes even after purchase. The expiration date is 14 days from production. The balance of sweetness, acidity, and richness changes from day 1 to day 14, allowing you to enjoy a different delicious taste at any time.

A Special Yogurt Collaborates with Snow Miku! “Kaze Farm's Puru Puru Mousse”

“Kaze Farm's Puru Puru Mousse” (353 yen), based on their signature yogurt

A must-try this winter is “Kaze Farm's Puru Puru Mousse,” a collaboration between their special Tiara Yogurt and “Snow Miku,” a character that supports Hokkaido. It is based on Tiara Yogurt around the 10th day, when its flavor is most balanced, giving it a satisfyingly rich character.

At the same time, it maintains the refreshing lightness characteristic of a mousse, exquisitely blending the charms of both. This is the first time Kaze Farm has developed a mousse product, and it reportedly took over a month to create.
