Irresistibly Gentle Sweetness! The "Snow Miku Snow Dome" Collaboration Sweets

Snow Miku Snow Dome

The limited-time collaboration sweet with Snow Miku, "Snow Miku Snow Dome." ¥1,800, or ¥700 for takeout.

The restaurant offers a variety of sweets, but the one to watch this winter is the "Snow Miku Snow Dome," a collaboration between the Hokkaido-supporting character "Snow Miku" and the culinary craftsmanship of the Grand Hotel. It's a dish that combines a white chocolate and French cream cheese mousse with a "Galette Bretonne," a traditional thick-baked cookie from the Brittany region of France.

The crispy and crumbly texture of the Galette Bretonne and the smooth feel of the mousse are a perfect match, filling your mouth with a gentle sweetness.

"We thoroughly considered not just the taste, but also the balance of texture and appearance," says Chef Takada, who created the recipe.

The collaboration sweet comes with a coaster (7 types in total, given randomly *with a payment of ¥1,000 or more) and a pick featuring an illustration of Snow Miku (2024 costume design). Takeout is also available. Be sure to savor this "delicious collaboration" crafted by a historic hotel.
