A Long-Established Hotel Near the Station Renovates Its Restaurant!
The Sapporo Prince Hotel, which started its lunch buffet in 2004, is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Nishi-11-chome Station on the Subway Tozai Line and is also close to Odori Park. In December 2025, the restaurant underwent a full renovation, revamping the lunch buffet and adding a new lounge area. The bright, open, high-ceilinged space is designed with Hokkaido's great nature as a motif, creating a casual yet relaxing atmosphere.

A Lineup of Meticulously Prepared Dishes Featuring Hokkaido Ingredients
The concept is "Everyday Made Special - A Fun Gift from Hokkaido." The restaurant prides itself on Hokkaido-style cuisine, primarily using meat, fish, and vegetables from the region. Each dish reflects the chef's passion for the ingredients and is elaborately prepared with great care. They strive to make as much as possible from scratch, including sauces and dressings. The menu features about 50 Western-style dishes and is updated approximately every two months.

Visually Stunning, Beautiful & Freshly Made
Even though it's a buffet, they aim for the perfection of a single dish from a hotel restaurant, paying close attention to ingredient combinations, flavor variations, and beautiful presentation. Another great feature is their commitment to serving freshly made food; dishes are served in small portions and replenished frequently.

Live Kitchen with Meat, Noodles, Seafood, and Desserts
At the spacious live kitchen stretching across the back of the buffet corner, freshly cooked dishes are always available. A large roast is impressively carved right before your eyes and served with sauce, creating a dish worthy of a course meal. The seafood chirashi is also beautifully arranged by the chef, giving you the satisfying feeling of hotel-quality service.

A Wide Variety of Stylish Deli-Style Salads
While buffet salads typically consist of individual vegetables like lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers, here they are prepared as deli-style side salads. Each has a different seasoning and flavor, ensuring you never get bored. The hotel-made bread, perfect for enjoying with the deli items, is small and ideal for a buffet! With a wide variety of dressings and toppings, making your own open-faced sandwiches is also recommended.

High-Quality Hotel-Made Sweets
The star of the dessert corner is the strawberry shortcake. Not only is it beautiful, but the quality is exactly what you'd expect from a hotel, with fresh cream, fluffy sponge cake, and plenty of strawberries! Other sweets like tiramisu, apple pie, and Hokkaido milk pudding are all top-notch. And you can't miss the gelato. Made with Hokkaido milk, cream cheese, and haskap berries, this authentic gelato is rich in milky flavor and delicious!

Drink Bar Also Available for Non-Buffet Guests
In addition to standard coffee and tea, the drink bar also offers vinegar drinks and flavored beverages. This drink bar is also available for café use without the buffet, for an all-you-can-drink price of 800 yen per person. Since there are also à la carte lunch items and light meals, if you don't need a full buffet, pairing a lunch item with the drink bar is a great deal.
