First, try fishing with your family! Catch and eat yamame trout at Otsu Fishing Park

Enjoy a fishing experience with your family while taking in the fresh air of Tsurui Village!

Otsu Fishing Park

Otsu Fishing Park

Otsu Fishing Park is a fishing pond made from underground water from Mashu, where you can casually enjoy fishing for yamame (mountain trout). All fishing equipment is available for rental, and fishing rods are available for both adults and elementary school students. They will also teach you how to fish, so even beginners can enjoy themselves with peace of mind. Let's put the bait on the end of our fishing rod and drop it into the pond. We felt a slight pull, and when we pulled the rod right away, we caught a beautiful yamame trout!

Otsu Fishing Park

On this day, our family of three caught over 20 fish! At Otsu Fishing Park, not only can you enjoy fishing, but the trout you catch will be fried into crispy tempura (20 yen per fish), so you can enjoy it on the spot.
